NDA Access

The Republic Project is currently in pre-launch. Entry is reserved for trusted participants.

To ensure integrity and security during this pre-rollout phase, The Republic Project uses a two-tiered confidentiality system.

Tier 1: Secure access to an abbreviated but highly informative Project Summary is granted upon signing a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Tier 2: Access to the full 150+ page internal documentation containing operational architecture, investigative frameworks, and scoring methods is reserved only to vetted participants who:

1. Commit to substantial involvement (staff, leadership, volunteers, or advisory roles)
2. Pledge financial support at founding levels
3. Have a personal interview with our founder, Ed Wallace, or a member of the Board of Directors

Certain proprietary systems (e.g., advanced technical systems, scoring algorithms, source code, internal financials, and sensitive donor lists) will still be withheld.​

Signatories may optionally express interest in future paid roles with The Republic Project or its affiliates, including but not limited to fundraising, grant writing, or program coordination. Such roles, if offered, will be merit-based and mission-aligned.
